Set an Objective to optimise in a DiGGer search

Description

Modify an existing Objective to be optimised in a DiGGer search.

Usage

## S3 method for class 'DiGGer'
setObjective(this, phaseNo = 1, objectiveNo = 1, ...)
## S3 method for class 'Phase'
setObjective(this, objectiveNo, weight=1.00,
                     linearCovariate="NONE", blocks=NULL,
                     corr=Correlation(), ...)

Arguments

this

A DiGGer object.

phaseNo

The Phase number to be modified.

objectiveNo

The Objective number to be modified.

weight

Weight to multiply the A-measure associated with the objective.

linearCovariate

Code for the linear covariate of this objective. One of "NONE", "ROWS","COLUMNS" or "BOTH".

blocks

Either NULL or a list of Block objects.

corr

The Correlation object of this objective.

Not used.
